Having been a brownie in my early years, being always prepared was a cliché that stuck hard.
Having being away recently on a clinical posting in a village for a short time, I was overwhelmed with gift loads of fruits from the locals when it was time to leave.
I had so much cucumber and watermelon on my hands.
Thankfully, I went for this posting with my juicer.

Home made juices provide healthy snacks and an efficient way to get vegetables.
Today I prepared Cucumber and Water Melon juice using one deseeded melon, two cucumbers which I tossed into the juicer. I added a dash of squeezed lime, chilled it and served.
This turns out to be my new addiction and of course I was sad to leave my new family.
