School had resumed and Ada donned her clean and well pressed uniform, well made hairstyle of the week and was good to go.

She felt excited and thought she looked good. So, she headed for and looked into the mirror.
Behold,a giant angry pimple was staring back at her.
Ada’s countenance fell and she panicked at the thought that she was no longer beautiful.

It is normal for teenagers to suffer from acne.
Acne can be prevented. Acne can also be treated and damage kept minimal.
If well treated, scarring can be prevented and the skin will still be left glowing.

Here are some steps teenager can take to prevent acne:

1.To prevent oily skin that can contribute to acne, keep your skin clean.

2. Wash your face and neck twice daily with mild soap and warm water.

3. Do not pick the acne of your face.

4. Oil your hair at night. The hair will absorb it overnight.
This will prevent oil from scalp pouring on to the face.

5. When you scratch your hair or head, wash your hands, so as not to transfer the oil from hair to your face.

I love teens,I love teens health.
