Joe is a middle-aged guy who is addicted to his devices.
He nearly lost his life months ago while chatting and driving.
Joe has been meaning to write some expensive professional exams, but has been dawdling.
He feels he does not have enough time to read up and prepare for the exams.
He came to see me after her learnt about ‘Dileem Hour.’
Joe asked what my nightime routine looked like anyday I decided to practice a Dileem Hour.
My ‘Dileem Hour’ wind-down sequence at night:
I make sure to complete the next day’s to-do list
I set my alarm for whatever time in the morning.
Put my phone on the charger and keep at an unreachable distance.
I grab one of my jotters for taking notes.
I grab the book I’m reading and start learning.
I make sure not to use any type of backlit screen, or distraction-prone device like a TV, Computer, or Phone.
I hope this helps you too.
I love you, I love your health,
Your favourite family physician,
Doctor Dileem
